Oh, he had warrants, his passenger told me that he ran because he had some attachments out there. The police officer told me that they probably wouldn't have even taken him in for the attachments either because they were all traffic violations.
ETA: Guess he can add a few more to the list with a hit and run.

They won't let her carry UMPD and collision at the same time. She has UMBI.

Is that pretty standard for insurance policies?

I'm far from white trash. Doesn't stop me from figuring out where he lives. "
The problem comes in the part you've lefty out-the part where you damage his a/c window unit for revenge. That's definitely a white trash move. Steer clear if this. Things CAN get worse .

No need to carry UMPD if you have collision. UMPD will have a deductible too, and I believe it's usually a stated amount of coverage; where collision limit is the basically ACV of the car.
Collision still applies no matter if the other party is insured or not. Nor does it matter who's at fault. UMPD covers your vehicle if the other party is at fault and is under or uninsured.

CW - Thanks for all of your help. It is much appreciated. Thank goodness I lowered my deductible a little bit after the hit and run that happened to me last year (which happened on June 23rd).
ETA: Thanks, Walt
