I want to trade in my car

I've got a 2016 Toyota Camry. I still have 18K to pay on it.
I want to get at least a 2010 vehicle. Looking at a 2015 Dodge Charger. Do any of you have advice.

What size rims you gonna put on the charger? Spinners or no spinners? Will you come to a complete stop in the middle of the road to turn into a parking with a minor bump?
