Richland lets pretty much everything slide. They also have some of the coolest cops on the show.

I didn't watch tonight, but it's about Live PD.
There's an officer on there from SC that constantly lets people go. The Black officer, but not the extremely huge one.
I felt like if I was him I would be the same way.
A couple weeks ago he let these people off after they continued to have more possible charges against them.. I thought there was no way they could get off.. and he still let them go.. He is constantly just giving warnings.
Forgive my post for any bad grammar though, I am super sleepy. Goodnight.
