I walked 2 miles today all stairs

probably overdid it, but I had the energy so I went for it

im rotating my right arm even if it's slow and jerky I can do it.
Still no full extension with the right arm. But with some help, I can almost sorta shake hands the old-fashioned way

the key was not going fast just making sure my feet were firmly planted and using the handrail
