was at a high school baseball game last night in nola...dugouts, bleachers, outfield lounge, all packed and not a mask in site. It was great...it's been like that all season at every park or school ball field we've played at in every parish

You people have go e soft over this mask shite
There's a dresscode requirement and a skin code requirement. You have an option to choose what you wear or don't wear. You don't have an option on what skin color you were born as.
In addition, something you're overlooking is that many churches always have had certain dresscode requirements. There are churches where women will not be allowed to enter if they were not wearing a dress/skirt. They could be kicked out for wearing too much makeup, etc.
Apart from churches, most businesses have a no shirt/no shoes/no service policy.
I don't think taking away private businesses the ability to determine their own dresscode is the route that route that you want to go.

If you are the only one wearing one in a grocery store, does that also make you a dick???

Was in Dallas this past weekend for a wedding. Saw more masks being worn around the city than I expected (even outside) and almost all businesses strictly enforcing them. You would never know the governor had removed the mandate. They were more masked up than anywhere I've been recently.
Dallas is not Texas any longer. That county has sold it's soul a long time ago.
Now once you head North into Collin County freedom can be found.

Well I can tell you it vastly different from just 5 years ago. It might be because I'm more settled down but this place is stale, overpriced and there's not a lot to do outside eating and drinking. The atmosphere is mostly gone in town.

Cool. Tell your mayor to not close the bars down at 11.

“i see no mention of a husband or father of the child. maybe she should have found church sooner?”
I don’t know how that is relevant. Many moms that I know go to Church without their husbands on a daily basis. Nonetheless:
she had been at Sunday Mass at Holy Trinity Catholic church in Dallas with her husband and one-year-old baby when she was approached by the pastor, Fr. Milton Ryan. She said Ryan told her that if she didn’t put on a mask, he would call the police and have her arrested.

places can still require masks if they want to.
Forever? When does it end?
Why is this so shrugged off and normalized?
Why do you want to live in this dystopia?

Thanks to Papa Francis, the Catholic Church has descended into liberal soy delusion.

Many of y'all get a hell of a lot more triggered over this crap than a business does. This constant reverse virtue signaling is a total asswhip on the site.

No government mandate. Private sector can do what they want.

It truly is mind blowing that we have this topic brought up 5 times a day every day. Just further supports the fact that Louisiana is always last or next to last in education.
Yeah, douche bag. This stuff has been kind of a big deal over the past year if you haven't been paying attention. Literally millions of people have lost their jobs, businesses, livelihoods, homes, cars, marriages etc over ridiculous non-science based mask and lockdown mandates. There have been significant restrictions on personal freedoms for over a year now due to a shamdemic and a cold virus with a 99.9% survival rate. A lot of people are fricking tired of it. Go figure.
