The potentially "good" news is that if the S strain has already made its way around the world, those who carried it could have a better likelihood of being immune to a second wave

...and there is where our vaccine will be developed.

Those antibodies will be the key researchers need.

They're closing school for 2 days?

Why?

Why not? They can just tack on the days at the end of the year. Nothing wrong with be precautious.

My gf had a corona virus last year that put her in the hospital.

I had one in November which had me coughing up bloody mucus. Bronchial lavash and testing... A corona virus.

Did it suck? Yes.

Was it the worst I've ever felt? Definitely.

We both got it right after returning from vacations.

we have 9 or 10 snow days already built into it which haven't been used because winter was so mild so no extra days.

If you hadn't gotten the flu shot then you would've died.

Right! It's just popping up too quick.

It's not popping up this quick. People are just now testing for it. Tens of thousands of people left the epicenter of the outbreak 6-8 weeks ago.

Co-worker just passed by and said the guy who tested positive in williamson county is married to a school teacher.

great. just great.

DONT TELL US THE NAME OF THE SCHOOL OR ANYTHING. LETS PUT GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE OF ALL HEALTHCARE NEXT!

i'm sure she didn't touch every single kid in her class as she was lining them up to go to lunch or pass it to other teachers in the teacher's cafeteria.

That makes as much sense as saying that you don't wear a seat belt because people still can die in wrecks even wearing them.

It was nice knowing you.

We'll set up a GoFundMe account for the kids.

Exactly. And we’re still here. People need to put things in perspective
