The only reason to go to the Dr would be if you suspected it were dislocated or have a displaced fracture, in either of these cases the toe would have to be reduced(straightened out).

Your toe 'appears' to be straight.(not dislocated or displaced).

Treatment:

Tape it to the next toe.
Tylenol or Motrin
Ice x 2 days
Rest
Elevate

However, if you must know, I get the occasional pedicure and randomly choose a color for the little Asian lady to apply. Don't take it too seriously dude.

Whatever floats your boat I guess. I've heard of dudes getting the occasional pedicure. I just didn't know they'd also get their toenails painted. I still don't get it though.
