Still haven't answered any of my questions. Are you aware that defendants can by law get their own doctor to assess a plaintiff's mental and physical state? And are you OK with doctors being in the pocket of defense attorneys?

i'm all for policy discussions about improving the efficiency of litigation, so that's why i'm still curious when this medical review would occur. are we talking during litigation or a general regulation of doctors?
