Because you drank beer?
You must have really pissed her off.
Must of been cheating on her. Women generally get nasty when they get cheated on.
That said, you came to the right place.

I'm assuming she is filing a custody modification suit based on a substantial and material change in circumstances since the execution of the first agreement. If she has the children more days than she did per the first one, she will be entitled to more child support. Is this correct?

There weren't any real violations to be had in the initial agreement. That's why they're now attempting to paint me as some drunk baw scheming. It all just happens to coincide with my own personal success and my new marriage. I want to believe the justice system is incapable of personal biases, but....I do live in the Bible Belt. Alcohol wasn't even allowed to be sold here until two years ago. I made several mistakes in my initial hiring process of my lawyer. I didn't ask about his preference for alcohol, evidently.

Please answer honestly.....
How much alcohol do you drink on a daily basis?

6-7 beers a week. Usually with dinner before bed. Is this not America anymore?

We both had two as is typically had during dinner by adults. The judge issued an order denying me of my rights to my children as per our initial custody agreement. New hearing set in September.
There's more to this episode than just two beers at restaurant. The lawyer didn't lose it for you. The judge ruled against you for some reason other than just two beers at dinner.
I assume you didn't have the kids at the time.

Care our children? Are you hammered now?

We did have the kids with us. That was the justification for the ruling. I did not drink too much. I didn't get a DUI or any charge related to over consumption.

The quick down vote shows a potential anger management problem too. Settle down Hulk.

She gets no child support as defined by the court. The days didn't change. The only thing that changed is my income, as well as that of my spouse. A month ago, her lawyers made attempts for child support(I use that term loosely)because they argued the quality of life changed drastically between my house and hers. Sound ridiculous? This same lawyer that lost today, won intially and I didn't have to pay any child support. What has changed? Other than I drink and it's public knowledge now?

Well, that'll do it, then. When you're in a dirty custody battle, you do not go out in public with your kids and drink anything alcoholic and then put them in the car and drive them. That's just dumb. You must wear a halo on your head at all times. You don't need a lawyer to tell you that. It's common sense.
I still think there's more to the story of the custody battle than you've shared. She's bound to have some other things she's complaining about with regard to you having the children.

Was this hearing a temporary hearing or an emergency hearing?
Posted on 8/8/17 at 7:03 pm to thelawnwranglers
Thanks baw. I knew I came to the right place.

Well, as you said, it's pretty common knowledge the things argued in a custody battle. Was I somehow convicted of a crime after the fact without due process? Is that what you're saying? I was never charged with anything. Hell, the pictures don't even actually show me consuming anything.
