I'm totally OK with NOLA getting washed away in the next flood surge. It's a cess pool of violence and stupidity. Say what you want about Florida, NOLA is worse in every way. Absolutely the dumbest collective group of people in the history of mankind. Continually elect thieves and idiots and then wonder why the city is a piece of garbage, smells like garbage, gets destroyed every time it sprinkles etc.
Wipe it off the map. Force all who live there to scatter around the country. Just get rid of it.
At this point, I'd be ok with forced evacuation and then nuke it and make it uninhabitable.
