New Orleans voted 80% for Hillary Clinton, and similarly for Barack Obama. Does that answer your question? The few who do rail against the mayor are shouted down, called racists, or told to shut up because many are not residents of the city. "If you don't live here, you ain't got nothin' to say...." type of thing.
