Swallow a caffeine pill. Sugar in general is one of the worst things you can put in your body. Putting one pack per ounce of coffee is retarded for more than one reason

I read something 5 or so years ago that drinking something that matches the weather, hot coffee in summer for instance, helps your body adjust to the temperature. It may have been placebo, but I felt like it worked.

I usually add 9 little packets of creamer as well. But I'm talking the 20 oz cup though. Basically I like my coffee like I like my women, creamy and rich.
