True, another reason why people should have dashcams to capture all this as it’s only going to get worse. And capturing video evidence might come to your aid if you did have reason to use your gun.

Sadly, someone else is going to get car jacked by these animals before the end of the day... they don't know it yet or hell it might be in progress now

It is legal in the state of Louisiana to hold someone at gunpoint and make a citizens arrest if the person has committed a felony in your presence.
The question is, who would, and would want to deal with the cops at BRPD where there’s a high percentage of them that would try and turn it around on you and attempt to charge you.

Neither Walgreens nor the workers really give a shite.
The workers aren't being paid enough to risk their lives/ safety over a few boxes of diapers, and Walgreens doesn't want the liability.

I recently saw A couple of cars speed up through a yellow light, only to crash into cars stuck in gridlock traffic on the other side of the intersection.
Five cars ended up damaged. Within seconds of the crash, four of the cars were doing illegal U-turns, jumping curbs, driving over sidewalks into a parking lot to flee.
The whole thing took 15-20 seconds, and I was still processing what happened a minute later.
I thought everyone would claim neck pain from the crash, but I guess they had warrants, were in stolen vehicles, or knew they’d be at fault and hauled arse.
It’s the Wild West out there. Even if you know law & order and social norms are crumbling before your eyes, it still takes a few moments to process the anarchy.

It's not a bad area, live in that general area now. Just proof of how bad BR as a whole has become.
