Weird.
My roommate at LSU was a Jesuit kid and knew him.
I know it wasn't totally intentional he was playing with a gun, they lived near a Golf Course.
I'm going to look it up.
Hard to find that kind of stuff.
I can't remember if the golfer died or not.
It had to of happened in late 2001 or 2002.

First post I gave the then media views.
Second i gave the viewpoint of knowing someone who went to school with him.

Was the guy that shot the golfer the same one that got caught a few years later because he made a rap song and that was one of the lyrics?

It's hard to look up.
I think it was first reported as a random man was shot while playing golf.
Then it took weeks for someone to rat him out. there was something up.
So I'm looking for "man shot on golf course" and getting back hundreds of Golf stories.
I won't let this rest and I will return once I've found it.
I actually do think the guy had died.
It's not like it's an event I thought of until CS kids were shitting on my Alma Mata.
