Almost as funny as homosexuals suing cake companies to take their money. Nothing more I want to do than to force someone who hates me to take my money

Sure, if there are bad practices going on, suing may be necessary, but then, why do you demand a job out of it. Take the money and run.
If the company is forced to hire you, it’s not going to suddenly forget you sued them. While some coworkers may be sympathetic, they aren’t going to necessarily think the best of you. Your future with that company is surely going to be extremely limited.
I know of a teacher/coach who was "fired" by the principal for BS reasons only to be reinstated by the school board after the parents and student body rallied behind her.
She was a fixture before the wrongful termination and is still there. It'd be hard to imagine that school without her as a faculty member.

Do you have knowledge of someone who actually went back to work after a lawsuit?
i'd imagine they'd take a settlement and move on.

under Title VII, one of the remedies that a former employer can avail themselves to is to rehire the wrongfully terminated employee or, in the alternative, pay the damages.
she's not suing to get her job back...she's pleading that recourse because the law gives it to the employer. in short, she HAS to ask for her job back or she's failed to state proper relief under Title VII.
