I have a clear face shield for weed eating. I don’t wear it. At this time of year I’m in short pants,no shirt and barefoot 95 % of the time.

In all seriousness, one of the few times you should wear safety glasses.
When I use the mower or the weedeater, I have to wear long a long sleeve shirt and pants. I am allergic to cut grass(no joke) because I break out in hives and itch for days. For some reason it's only freshly cut grass or weeds.

I was lucky, I was weed eating once and something popped up and hit me in eye, for a split second I thought I was blind and my life as a blind person flashed before my eye(s). shite was scary. I have about 20 pair of safety glasses now because it.
