I think that "using their heads and hearts" thing is what people are overlooking when they get nostalgic about the WWII generation. Those people followed orders, and worked hard, but there were also plenty of times when some unfortunate 20-year-old had to do something in the absence of, or even in spite of, instructions from a boss, printout or radio broadcast.

Not at all. I bet the majority of ppl will or would have helped this man. Even those in this thread saying to call the police or 911. That all is easy to say but in split second decision most will not think twice and help. This Fed Ex driver is a sack of shite and poor excuse for a human.
