No. We aren’t allowed to do STR. 6 mos minimum. We really didn’t want to lease it out but since the pandemic no one in the family is using it so the realtor it’s listed with found a 6 mos lease so they signed it last night and wants to move in tomorrow. So I have to go clean out the fridge and pantry and grab some other personal items. Everything else is staying. Fully furnished.
