I'm still looking for a decent third gen 4Runner as a daily. Dream truck is a 67-72 Ford long bed

I have a 98 with 298000 on it. I've replaced the rear end after two rebuilds and have a new transmission after three rebuilds. still a solid truck

Wife drives this 1996 truck, with 440k miles, every day to work (30 mile country drive each way). The truck is incredibly reliable.

We had a 1961 Chevy stepside as a farm truck growing up and I had a 69 Stepside Chevy in high school as a hay hauler. Both were great trucks. The 60 had three on the tree with granny gears.
