Title insurance only covers legal description. If you buy property and you have more, be prepared to pay 10K to quiet the title. Title insurance does not cover that apparently.

I hate people like this. There are few things worse than someone trying to scam people out of their money. Put those skills to use for something constructive.

Same goes for LifeLock. In order for their “Guarantee” to protect your identity you have to keep a constant fraud alert with the 3 major credit reporting agencies. Doing this can actually HARM your credit.

It’s just a scare tact to sell insurance and it’s shameful and needs to be called down by someone that can demand respect and state the truth.
