I've already been "corrected" by other students because I said my idea of diversity and acceptance in the workplace is not that there are minorities there but that there should be nothing keeping minorities and women from succeeding in the workplace.
Well, sounds like you did a good job of explaining a workplace of acceptance and a piss poor job of explaining a diverse workplace. If you don't have minorities in a workplace then how does it make the workplace diverse?
Don't get mad at the class because you're too stupid to understand a very basic concept in a joke of a college class. Good luck with your PE certification

How about people that do not identity as women, men, tranny, human beings, or some sort of animal are they included in diversity in the workplace?

i was hoping your answer was the class was full of super horny hot chicks
the rational explanation is a bit boring
just thinking the choice was odd but then i didnt see the list you had to pick from, maybe it was a better choice then the other options.
not to apply to your work ethics or smartness, but on the PC BS side, what makes me wonder the most by your answer, is that you actually have a 98% in a "Diversity in the Workplace" class

Well, one of the reasons that I am not an SJW is because I know what SJWs believe. That's helped me get a 98. Plus it's an easy A....I have a 3.9 gpa and I'm not ruing it over this bull shite

yeah, my answer was pretty much the definition given in the book. I understand it just fine. You're just a dick. Diversity doesn't just apply to skin color or sexual orientation. You can have a workplace full of white males and it can still be considered diverse by the definition in the book.

Actually, I am but I am doing it after the fact. What we've seen is the move from "qualified diversity" to "diversity solely for the sake of saying you're diverse". If someone is not qualified in the first place, any diversity they would bring is moot and trying to force it does nothing but lower moral and thus productivity.
Current diversity philosophy places diversity above quality or qualification. That's why such classes are the definition of hypocrisy as they outright ban any diversity of thought that does not follow within their strict guidelines.
Diversity solely for the sake of diversity is worse than a lack of diversity.
