Verizon sucks here. So it depends on where you live.

switching to tmobile, but make sure you have att unlock your phone before switching. Haven't had a phone for 2 days while waiting for att to unlock my damn phone.

Bitched for 3.5 hours monday night to att and nothing. Good luck!!

Go with straight talk. Same network no BS.

I dropped ATT a while back. I got tired of spending an hour on the phone every month trying to get them to explain why my bill was 30$ more that it should be every month.

Straight talk 45 dollars a month. Unlimited everything an the first 5 gig of data is high speed.

Verizon between all. You could get coverage with Verizon in any bumfrick part of any bumfrick state.

I couldn't get a Verzion signal in the eastern part of Ponchatoula even though they had a tower 5 miles away.
Zero signal.

T-Mobile. While true that coverage is spotty in less populated areas, you cannot beat the plans. Four lines, financing 2 iphones, 10gb/month for each line, rollover data, I only pay $200.00 month.

On a sidenote, I have been with AT&T for a damn long time, while they were still Cingular, and I am also ready for a change. Their antics are getting more confusing and seemingly ludicrous. I am reluctant to switch carriers because I suspect the other big players are up to the same bullshite.

I got you beat, by a lot...I've been with them since they were Bell South

I'm grandfathered in on Unlimited data - I remain at Att for this only reason.

Verizon is the most expensive for a reason. Not only does its coverage far surpass that of AT&T, but its customer service runs circles around AT&T. I had AT&T 7-8 years ago and left because the coverage was bad and the company kept lying about how it was going to improve. In my experience, AT&T just does not give a shite about its customers, and customer satisfaction surveys with organizations like Consumer Reports and J.D Power reflect that.

I always got the feeling that AT&T/Cingular/at&t kept rebranding itself to try and fool customers into thinking it was improving its product, but at the end of the day you can only apply so much makeup to the pig.
