Don't care what cut it is, if a guy complains about a well done steak, that means the person who cooked it doesn't know shite about cooking steaks. My son-in-law can cook a well done steak that is fork tender, melt in your mouth tender. You don't have to eat a steak like Dracula to have a good one.
