I-12 Westbound Closed at Airline Due to Man Sitting on Highway Sign Above

DOTD traffic cameras spotted the person sitting on a large highway sign above passing vehicles on I-12 near Airline Highway around 2:30 p.m. Monday. The person has been periodically moving up and down the sign as traffic passes below.
It's unclear why the person is atop the sign.
Westbound lanes of the interstate are being shut down in the area at this time.
