offshore LLC's as vendors/suppliers. Unload cash into them, create PO's so you have legit expense on paper. Stash the money off-shore, get a credit card from a U.K. bank tied to the account.

the problem comes when the owner goes to sell. i once asked for years of tax returns to prove the owner's triple-net figures. uhm, yeah, well, uhm.

needless to say that cash-based business is still on the market 8 years later.

Cash business and money laundering. The Cartel do it every day. They dont mind losing money to get clean money because they have tons of it.

Barber shop. You think the brothers are paying taxes on all those haircuts they front for drug deals?

The 1st rule of (hypothetical) tax evasion is to never mention it to anyone...ever.

Under reporting of cash income is probably the biggest source of lost tax revenues.
