Strictly hypothetical - WWYD?

So, you go out on the town with some friends to have a few drinks, watch a ballgame, etc. You notice a nice looking woman between the ages of 23-27 staring you down. After a few brews you decide to walk on over and strike up some conversation. She seems nice enough and gets more attractive as the night goes on. She asks you if you got there with your friends or if you drove by yourself. You say that you drove and she then asks if you want to go back to your place to be more private.

Things definitely get more private once you get back to your place and before too long it's a bang fest. Thing go well, you have great sex and wake up next to her feeling pretty good about yourself. Once she wakes up, you have some casual conversation about the awkwardness of the night before and her plans for the day. During this conversation she mentions to you (like it's no big deal) that she's actually had a full blown sex change. Yep, she used to be a man!

So - I ask the OT - what would you do?!?

Option A - Run for your life and don't tell a soul what happened and cut all ties.

Option B - Doesn't matter had sex. Brag to your friends.

Option C - Punch the bitch in the face for not telling you before you did the nasty - then leave.

Option D - Accept shim for who shim is and be okay with it.
