Hypothetical domestic violence situation

If I guy were arrested for domestic violence.....unwarranted or not......how long before you can bail him out.

It's the weekend. He is unlikely to see a judge and therefore is probably going to be there until Monday.

Yeah if it's DAB...domestic abuse battery....typically have to see the judge on that, but within 72 hours of arrest (72 hour hearing). Judge sets bail on those as opposed to the lesser misdemeanor crimes that might just have a schedule of set bonds.
If it's an egregious enough situation the judge could deny bail based on Gwen's Law....significant risk of further harm to alleged victim if defendant is released.
But bottom line, run of the mill misdemeanor DAB, bond probably set at around 2500 - 5000 (edited bail range) on Monday.
