It's a fricking joke. The only reason there's a curfew is so that pompous frick stick can get air time.

Mandeville wasn't too bad about it. We stayed in after dark pretty much every night though.

Good thing, cuz we're being buffeted by 4 mph winds right now.

So far nothing. Barely raining. No wind. But water is rising. Above most piers

Where are you? Currently MS Coast looks in line for a quick but solid Cat 1 strike. Moving fast, conditions will break down quickly.

Hope this fizzles out for ya Cork!! This storm has been a joke so far.

Edit, coming towards the gulf, not what it did in the Caribbean.

Too dark to see in pics. It was above most piers in the bay around 3pm. Above most piers on the beach (gulf) now.

Just had a pretty intense gust over here. Easily 7, maybe even 8 mph.

90 mph gusts from a bout in the "eyewall". North and east of exact center will get a rough ride in an hour or two.

There has been a little low to the west and Nate sort of drug it with him along with a cold front digging down. Has served to really flatten the pressure gradient on the west side, and along with the forward motion has practically eliminated impacts on the west side outside of a little surge on the lakes from the east wind.

Nate with one last burst of convection and that should bring a pretty strong kick into landfall. Outside of that, the tornado threat will linger as onshore flow continues while Nate lifts out but rain totals don't look too bad.
