Agreed. But I think the Duval street one might show the surge better if they get it bad. There already seems to be water pooling in the street.
Looking at these web cams - I think if someone invented a little windshield wiper that would sweep across the lens every so often when wet that might be a hit.

That video is showing footage from Lauderdale by the Sea, not Key West.
