Who is this dumdum on Weather Channel in Naples standing out there in the hurricane. They need to let that guy come inside, this is absurd.

Bad as in "stuck in portrait mode" while he was filming driving down the road.
I think he spent too much time doing personal appearance spots and not enough time planning "hunker down" locations this time around.
