Those tax dollars are also wanted by various entities so they can improve our roads, build a mental health unit, build a new prison, and etc.
If someone put a gun to my head and said you had to pay more taxes I'd rather it go to roads than BREC.

Does the BR zoo get a lot of visitors to their zoo lights each year? I mean....seems like many families wouldn't want to be driving through those areas at night.
Seems like if you have a zoo in a better, safer area....more people would visit at night for stuff like that with their families. This would help bring more $$ into the zoo.
