Why did this thread all of a sudden turn into a thread about my body
All I did was post a pic showing the difference of me when I was at 185 pounds and a pic 6 months later at the very very end of a 9 month cut at 155 pounds.
Of course I will look like shite at the end of a 9 month cut where I knocked off most of my body fat and lost muscle in the process.

GoldenNugget made a nice transformation. But he is skinny as frick and I bet when wearing a shirt it doesn't even look like he even lifts and not the best ab insertions. Solid, tight jaw though. If he hops on test and runs a solid 12 week cycle, he will be slaying bishes left and right tbh.

I have been at maintenance since ending my cut. Toward the end of my cut my horomones were so messed up and I was having all kinds of issues so I didn't want to jump into bulking until things all settled down. Which are fine now so I am starting my bulk on January 8.
