I-10 east, is fricked west of the Mississippi. Not sure what happened, Waze didn't catch it in time to reroute me, but I am not to Hwy 415 yet.

Well just looking at google maps, 10W is backed up from Dalrymple almost to Siegen and 10E is backed up about halfway between Gross Tete and 415 to College.
