what if all he saw was the mom and dad lunge into the backseat?

I bet that is what he saw, hence his reaction.

He had me sign the ticket after everything was settled. I was more concerned with my daughter.
He never acknowledged the event? Acted like it never happened?
Did any of the other cops that showed up acknowledge what happened?

OP keeps missing these questions, as well as the ones asking if the daughter is capable of covering her own eyes.
Once again, not trying to be a jerk asking that last one, just asking.

To me it sounds like the seizure started after that, but feel free to make up a timeline to fit your ridiculous narrative.
The seizure started after he and his wife jumped into the back of the car?
And, you are blaming hi for making up the timeline?

So you don't think it was justified giving you a ticket for 11 over? Entitled much?
After the ordeal that took place.. The cop showed he's a dick and nothing more than a revenue officer.. It's not the least bit entitled to expect him to say.. Carry on .. Sorry your daughter had a seizure but you need keep your speed down

I believe you could do it.
I just don't believe you would do it until after crawfish season, unless he would meet you at a Ford dealership.

Sure she can cover her eyes. There's flashing lights and she wants to see what's going on. It's her fault. I'm gonna go home and make her write lines.

His initial reaction was reasonable. But, if what you are saying is true and the guy didn't show concern for your daughter or you and your wife after the fact then it's deserving of following through with a complaint.

He witnessed a seizure, ambulance came and tended to the girl (presumably), and he never said a word about it? Just totally acted as if nothing happened?

so the cop held you at gunpoint while yall were helping your daughter and never said a word about it after, sounds like a casserole to me.

So he sees them fly to the back and stops paying attention to anything else?
Cop doesn't watch the seizure? Just the parents flying back? Why does he stop paying attention to what's going on?
