She'll probably get a settlement because that's how these things are going lately but the way she was talking to them plus obvious impairment and initial probable cause are valid for the detainment.

She was t “sitting on the ground sulking,” she was 1- the main suspect in an attempted vehicle break in 2- unless I missed it, refused to identify herself and give her last name 3-tried to leave.
The take down itself was his best course of action instead of struggling with her and possibly going down the stairs himself or her going tumbling. It’s unfortunate she hit her face but that’s not on him. He can”t control that.

Why didn’t she conform to his commands? She was shady with her answers? Then to think I can just walk away from him and make this go away & and get my way like I usually do.
I have no problem with Policemen actions, she coulda been upfront with him from the jump and everything woulda been fine,
