How will disease researchers get accurate data for CV19 in third world nations?

Obviously those nations are going to have severe issues reporting deaths due to lack of public health infrastructure, so how will experts studying this virus account for the faulty data?
Just ignore Africa completely?
Assume the real amount of deaths/cases is a multiple of the reported?
Is there a formula the experts will use to get accurate readings of third world cv19 stats?

Never was setup to have accurate data. It's impossible at this point.

Why bother with "accurate" data when it may not fit their narrative - they'll just make it up like everything else.

sample data...confidence numbers...then multiply or divide by 30% as needed

This is probably why the H1N1 death estimates had such a wide confidence interval, and the upward revision of case confirmed deaths was far greater worldwide (20X at the midpoint estimate) than in the US (4X).

Will be interesting to see how the crusaders of the testing world justify their cause if they look for ways to do it. There is severely lacking infrastructure to begin with.
Africa for example, Surely collecting this data won’t be prioritized over the ongoing Aids pandemic, lack of drinking water, widespread malnutrition, etc. The things that cause hundreds of thousands of deaths annually (probably millions), and have kept up that pace for decades.
