One of my best friends is a project manager for a pipeline company. My best guess is that he probably makes $120k-ish plus bonuses. He earns every bit of it, though.

Paying to modify a bond for a miniscule change order when the job is 99.9% complete.

ETA: Obviously, they got where they were because they are good. Im sure working for them is great, but they require an insane amount of paperwork for every little thing.

This. Everyone else is too low. These are the numbers.

Work for a large electrical contractor and this lines up perfectly

One poster said 20% less than industrial is prob right. But on the flip side, the quality of life is much better. 12 years experience you should get a good offer.
