How can you support St. George, Louisiana?
Easy. 2% sales tax you pay for purchases inside the city limits of St. George goes to St. George. Shop inside St. George city limits as much as possible. And in case you didn’t know, any online purchases you have delivered to your home (if you live in St. George) the 2% tax goes to St. George.
So learn what stores, services, and restaurants are in St. George and let’s get your tax dollars go to St. George instead of BR!
Some places:
Walmart, Albertsons, and Racetrack on Burbank/Bluebonnet
Pekins Rowe
Target and Academic on Seigan
Home Depot on Highland @ I-10
Albertsons at Highland @ Airline

We live in BR but right on the edge of the boundary with StG. I'll just keep going to the places I always have regardless of tax implications. I'd imagine most are in StG.
