I take L-Theanine and Magnesium Threonate. Andrew Huberman mentioned it on his podcast and then again on Rogan. I tried it out and I get damn good sleep. I find I need only 6 hours of sleep with it

Do something to wear yourself out this weekend so you’re exhausted by night. House work, yard work, exercise. No caffeine after lunch. No naps. Also, sleep aids are not a permanent solution but if you use a liquid, like ZzzQuil, you can wean yourself off by reducing the dose a few mg daily.

Coffee in the morning is fine, just stop at noon.

One hour before bed, no more phone. No more blue light. Try to wind your brain down, many find that 15 minutes of bodywork like stretching or rolling helps their sleep a lot.

Make your room as cold and dark as possible.
