Look up one of the urban garden/backyard garden groups in town. They will get them to build raised beds

I have an acquaintance, who I haven't spoke with in a while, that sells on things on consignment right outside of a local market. A couple of months back he moved some CDs for me.

Let me reach out to him and see if he'd be interested in selling your blocks for you.
