Anyone know how to get in touch with Tesla's real estate department?

Does the state you reside in even allow direct sales from Tesla?

Good question. Dont reside their but the is a property that a showroom would be perfect for - in Alabama

A lot of states have passed laws to prevent direct sales which is BS. The list is 8/12 red states that have a total ban (including Louisiana). Should the "let the market decide" & "less regulations" mantras be king in these areas?

Fair deal?
Tesla can direct sell.
Tesla gets no government freebies.

they are hurting for money bad. The other day they tried to scam a buddy of mine out of his down payment. Called him up and offered him a huge discount to upgrade to a better model. He agreed, then they called back 2 days later asking for another $3500 deposit to cover the new car. He was pissed, not to mention I think they are almost a year behind the originally proposed delivery date and he still doesn't have a car
