I use a big-arse backpack blower. Crank it up on Saturday and blow out all my empty beer cans and cigarette butts.
Amateur. You should be cranking that sucker up before the crack of dawn on Saturday. That way your neighbors will know who the boss is.

Finishing the floor is the best first step.
I bought an epoxy kit and spent a couple days washing, etching, drying and painting the floor.
The difference has been astounding.
Before you never seem to get rid of that fine dust, now I vacuum it once a month or so and occasionally use a leaf blower and it is always clean.

Ya, the friends will enjoy darts and the big game sitting in toxic fumes.

A baller such as yourself should know you let the help clean it up
Ballers don’t enclose half of a garage, hang a dartboard and consider it a man cave.

It’s not going to be a pleasant place to hang out when it smells like gas from the lawnmower. I can’t think of anyone with a garage man cave like you’re describing except maybe on shows like King of Queens. I think you have to choose not to store cars/lawnmowers in there if you want it to function as a living space.

We're turning half of our attached 3 car garage into a game room of sorts...dart board/bar/60" tv/ various sports memorabilia etc.

Like Ol' Don says, "Build a wall!"

Seems like this would have been obvious with all the talk going on over the past year and a half or so......build a wall.

every 6 months you have to take everything out of the garage and then put it back in again. throw away what you don't need and blow it out.

Not just a tv, a 60" tv brag.
If you legit are balling with a 3-car attached and a bad arse 60" then you ought to have the money to put up a wall and finish the sumbitch.
A garage is a workspace, not a damn trophy room.

It's a garage. It's supposed to be somewhat dusty and dirty. You'll never keep it as clean as you want. It's like trying to keep sand out of your arse crack when you go to the beach.
