Disney now does surge pricing around holidays. Also different prices for different days in the week trying to even out the number of visitors.

Disney’s New ‘Surge Pricing’ Makes Many U.S. Visits More Expensive

a new “seasonal pricing” system that charges a higher entrance fee on peak days of the year — and raises the ticket price for many regular days, too.

P.S. The expensive days are because they expect the most people and the park will be crowded. Try to go on a cheap day with the fewest visitors.

We picked a Friday in early March. It only got a little crowded around lunch and early afternoon. All of the folks like us who got there when it opened, and add in all the folks that got there around mid-morning and lunch time. After 3 it wasn't crowded again.

Don't get a 2 park ticket. Just buy one to Disneyland and it'll be cheaper. No way you're gonna go to 2 parks in one day and ride what you want to.

You're bitching about it. No, you can't.

I hate bullshite, weaksauce arguments like this.

OT Idiot: "Pay $100 for this pencil."
Other Guy: "No, that's outrageous."
OT Idiot: "You're fricking poor then and you're probably a shitty person."

I know JPinLondon and he is far from being poor, and far from "not planning" for this trip. Just ask him about the Rose Bowl..

Simple answer here: Don't go to Disney. Strongest message you can send.
