How successful would an Orgerons seafood restaurant be?

After the Dinardo experience ain't nobody iopening a restaurant.

The Chevis Cheeseburger was the best burger in Louisiana

The name changed to Ruffino’s so it’s not like the building went away. Just changed ownership and name.

but this is Louisiana and we like seafood. The name along with the type of food would be successful I believe.

Restaurant is the most nerve racking business there is. Last thing I would ever look to get into.

I used to love that and the Butch Burger with the Geert Grenades and Tac Turnovers. Great value.

Being a good football coach doesn’t mean you’re a good restauranteur. I’d sink those millions in to income producing real estate.
