When I was 11, Shaq was a freshman at LSU. My godfather's FIL was a friend of Dale Brown and hosted a barbeque for the team. He brought me to the party and I have a basketball with the whole team's signature. Its never an option for me to get rid of it because.. Well I hung out with Shaq, Stanley Roberts, Varnell Singleton, etc.

Chris Jackson was there but he was shy, he went in to eat, didn't say much then went right back into the bus.

I've got an old homemade pvc pipe water bong I made around 1977. Probably haven't used it since I could buy a $10 lid. But it's been years since I was a jelly head.

I have a Senior Puppet I got from Buckskin Bill around 1970 or so.

I rode around in a police unit with Shaq for a whole day. Going from school to school in the parish. Me, him, some dorky white dude that lsu had chaperoning him & our sheriff at the time. Was an old caprice with the bench seat in the front. Seat was so far back, the sherriff could barely reach the pedals & shaq's knees were still all up in the dash. Think he was a soph at the time

Still got my stuffed dalmatian from when I was like 3 and they were everywhere when the 101 dalmatians live action movie came out. I was real creative with the name: Doggy.

When I was six years old in 1980 my dad bought me a "Snoopy's Dream Machine". It was a motorized flying mobile with Snoopy and the Red Baron dogfighting. The propellers were motorized and they flew in a four foot circle. The machine guns were Christmas lights that blinked in succession.

After trying to find one in decent condition for nearly 15 years, I finally got one for a very good price, brand new in box and had never been put together.

I put the video of it "flying" on YouTube and was astonished when the original inventor of the toy contacted me out of the blue one day. He and I spent weeks emailing back and for the regarding why and how he had built the toy, it was absolutely amazing.

This toy was the favorite one I ever owned. You can see it here:

My brother and sister are my half brother and sister and their dad has a daughter with the woman he married after he and my mom divorced. When she was going to LSU she became good friends with Gert Hammick. I forgot what kind of car she drove, it was something like a corolla or something. One day he went over to her house (her parents house) and just for the hell of it, he removed the front seat to see if he could drive the car from the back seat. There is a long driveway to the house from the road so he was trying to figure out away to drive it up and down the drive way, but he was able to reach the petals with no problem.

I had dozens of ninja turtle action figures as a child. When I turned 10 or 11 I gave them to my old babysitter to let the kids she babysat in her home play with them.

Last year, on my 30th birthday she gave me back all the ones that were still in decent condition (about 2 dozen).

I won't let my 3 year old play with them.

Also. Boyz 2 Men is the shite

I sold my micromachines to a kid down the road, those would have been cool to keep.

I'm so perplexed by this policy or "kitchen's closed" policy.

frick that. If I wake up in the middle of the night and want a glass of water or a bite to eat, I'm getting it. This isn't prison.
