I'm 27. I've had clients tell me they thought I was in my young 30's. Not that impressive, but that's all I've got.

At least I was realistic and said I get early 30s(which is only a few younger).
Not like I said I was 46 and could pass for in my 20s...I mean seriously?? Yeah no one buys that for a second.

I also mentioned I still like getting carded. But also mentioned I realized it's just a ploy by servers to get a good tip.

For any of you over the age of 40 that are still getting carded; you must realize that the bartender is stroking you for a larger tip. Sorry to burst any bubbles...

id rather not get carded. really doesnt happen at all anymore unless its a black person or foreign person carding me. the getting carded thing to try and tell yourself you look much younger is pretty funny.

agree. i cant recall ever thinking a woman i know looks much younger than they actually are. people can 'look good' for their age but thats mostly because so many people look really bad for their age.
