How often do you go down on your woman?

I know some men who don't do it at all or just every now and then. As for me it goes hand in hand with sex, it's a staple in my relationship. This question is aimed at men with a wife or SO, not with random women which in that case I would totally understand not doing the deed. I just find it odd when another man tells me he doesn't do it.
