The last bedroom in the back of the unit with the ledge in the entry was the "master bedroom." It was $10 more per month.

@LSU, I lived on West Parker, not far from University View. Sublet for $400/mo.

Paid half of about $360 for a 2BR with full size washer and dryer on prestigious Gardere Lane. Not terribly dangerous back then, but I kept a pistol within reach.
Hot chick property manager lived next door. Hot aerobics instructor lived upstairs. Aerobics and her brother slipped out in the middle of the night after getting way behind on rent. They were ninja quiet. I never heard a sound.

Looking at the floor plans now, they are exactly the same as back then. My bedroom was the biggest, and at the front. The back ones were the smallest

I'm in my last year at LSU, we rent a house down 42 in Prairieville on about 25 acres. It's a shite hole and everyone loves to come when we have a bonfires, we have a huge shop also and can just go out back to shoot. We pay 300 a month each

There were only 4/2 and 4/4 floor plans. I lived on the one right in the curve on Brightside. I looked it up on the website, and they are the exact same as they were 13 years ago
