Seems to be higher than anyone I ask who has similiar or larger house (albeit without a pool)
Also Demco and very close in home size. Mine is levelized and no pool and it fluctuates between $180-200/mo.

Thanks….
I’m guessing mine would be about same if I did levelized billing….winter months can be 130-150

Ours is usually just over $200 during summer months with Slemco and others months it never goes above $150. My coworkers bill is no less than $500 in any given month and they are on Slemco as well. She has high anxiety so she doesn't want to call about it.

Last month (July) only $120 Electric & Water, here in Abu Dhabi and in July & August being the hottest months. But, I was in Thailand for half the month (July).
The bill is usually between $135-150, and when all 3 A/C are on, only $180-200. Not bad for UAE.

$104 last month, the house doesn't get direct sunlight shining in and there are trees all over so the air hardly ever blows in the summer and I like a warm house.

About what mine is. Had heater issues when we had a prolonged cold snap and the fan ran 24/7
