Carmax will make you and offer online. It should give you a good starting point. Keep in mine they are going to resell it so you have to factor that in.

Yes they need to be scheduled in advance and we also rotate the tires and align/balance them every oil change.

As $4000 and home a dumbass wants to buy it and tries to talk you into lowering it. Take $1000 off and if he says yes then you got $500 more than kbb's value. Put it up for $2400 and you will probably sell it faster.

Check on the CarMax website. They did me a solid on an old beater. Best price I got and it was very easy to turn in.

A lot more than you'd think, early to mid 2000's cars are pretty reliable, easy to work on, plentiful aftermarket support, etc.

Unfortunately, the Equinox is generally junk.
